Both jogging and walking are GREAT ways to get fit. They tone the muscles, relieve stress, create a healthier heart and improve lung capability.
Eat right
Big meals can keep you awake at night while your tummy churns away d overload. Eat a bigger breakfast and lunch instead, then have a small dinner.
Keep the heart pacing with stairs
Aerobics are great way to keep the heart pacing properly, where walking is most advisable. Try and use of stairs wherever you need to use the lift.
Work hard
We need to work hard to achieve our goals. It will streamline the functioning of our body and mind hence improving the immune system of our body.
Physical activity
Physical activity after first heart attack reduces chances of recurrence. If you haven’t had one till date, exercise to prevent it all together.
Take each other’s hands
The next time you and your partner are sitting in the car or standing in line, quietly reach over and take each other’s hand. Do not be surprised if you get a strange look! It’s a work in progress, your partner will get it.
Too much carbohydrate diet
High on refined carbohydrate diet will only make you a merry dance between high energy and bouts of fatigue, ending up depressed and emotionally spent.
Aerobic exercise
Apart from burning calories, aerobic exercises like jogging can suppress your appetite for up to 3 hrs by reducing levels of hunger hormones.
